Savnik is a municipality located in the north of Montenegro. It is a unique example in the world – a town with four canyons, out of which The Nevidio Canyon (the name means concealed) is one of the greatest attractions in Europe. There are a lot of water springs and mountain waterfalls which are breathtaking in spring and autumn season and a challenge for tourists, especially those who are into hiking and mountain biking!
In the town, you can enjoy the sunset twice, watch Mukavica river (which appears and disappears in a course of few hours). In winter season you can enjoy the snow-covered scenery, extreme skiing, snowboarding on unspoiled slopes of a few mountains. In summer, you can enjoy the mild sun and go swimming in rivers and mountain lakes.
