This is a cemetery church whose construction is born witness to by the preserved contract between Dubrovnik craftsman and the Grahovo monk - Lavrentije. The patrons were the long-displaced tribe of Ridjani. The church was reconstructed in 1879 with the effort of all the Grahovo tribes, when its western façade with its belfry was rebuilt and the windows expanded. The Church of St. Nicholas has a single-nave layout with a very broad semicircular apse and a one-piece belfry. The construction material was quarried stone, while the lower parts include larger tombstones fragments. The lateral walls and apse each have one arched window. The arch is semi-cylindrical, reinforced by two frames reclining on two pairs of pilasters among which slanted arches are formed. The floor is made of stone blocks.
At the beginning of 16th century, the church was painted with a usual arrangement of frescoes. The composition "Judgement Day" has a prominent position in the church. Works of two masters can be distinguished. Remains of the necropolis of tombstones are located around St. Nicholas's Church.
