Monastery (Convent) of the Mother of God of Ratac
The monastery is situated on the seashore, at the end of Cape Ratac, between Bar and Sutomore.
skipThe monastery used to be composed of three churches as well as several buildings, which had towers and defence walls. In the year 1443, the Monastery of the Mother of God of Ratac was taken over by the Venetians. In 1571 the Turks burned it down and destroyed it.
