For sport activities there are many sports yards within hotels` or schools` complexes and they all belong to Sport and Recreation Center. Water sport is famous so there are many diving clubs. Apart from sport activities the diving clubs give valuable contribution to science and exploration of the sea.
The chess club is also well known. Its hospitality has been enjoyed by famous world names.
In winter months many sports teams from the country and abroad come here.
The Sport Center Madžarica consists of:
- A stadium for easy athletics with football playground and stands with 1,200 seats.
- A complex with open fields for small-scale sports – one handball and one basketball field, two volleyball fields and three tennis fields.
